As a small, intimate and approachable architectural business, we are able to provide a bespoke service tailored specifically to suit each client’s individual needs. The majority of our work falls under what we would class as residential projects, and these typically involve single storey extensions, two storey extensions, loft conversions, basement conversions, garage conversions and bespoke internal renovation projects. However, we also offer architectural, planning and design services for commercial building projects, shop fit-outs, bars and restaurants and new-build houses.
As a small business with comparatively low overheads we are able to not only offer competitive fees, but we provide a much more thorough and comprehensive service than larger, more commercially-driven architectural practices. We have long-established relationships with a multitude of highly competent local building contractors, sub-contractors, and specialists such as kitchen manufacturers and suppliers, bathroom and lighting specialists, and we find our extensive network of contacts is often an invaluable asset to clients.
Whilst we have worked on projects all over the UK, we tend to be appointed to undertake architectural work predominantly in West Yorkshire. Most of our projects fall under the remit of Leeds or Bradford local authorities, meaning that we have long-established relationships with many planning officers in those districts. We also undertake work in Harrogate, Wakefield, Calderdale and York, so we have much experience in dealing with multiple planning authorities.
