Our large three storey extension and whole house renovation project in Burley-in-Wharfedale, near Ilkley, is rapidly taking shape. The works are being carried out in a highly competent manner by PC Developments (Yorkshire) Ltd with whom we have been particularly impressed. Works began in April and are due to be completed in November however, the scheme in general is quite complicated, with a number of interesting elements.

This project was an architectural commission which we began working with the client on during summer 2013. After a successful planning application via Bradford council, we then embarked on a detailed construction package of drawings, followed by a formal tender which was won by PC Developments. We expect to be posting regular updates over the coming weeks, with a completed architectural project page hopefully being added to our website in the Autumn.
