We were up early yesterday to take the photograph below. The project, a three-storey side extension, loft conversion to the existing roof space, and whole-house renovation is now nearing completion, and we are very pleased with progress. The site is located adjacent to the river Wharfe in Burley-in-Wharfedale, near Ilkley.

We were orginally appointed to provide a full architectural service for this project in summer 2013, and after a successful planning application was approved by Bradford Council, we set about producing a detailed construction drawing package and specification. The works were tendered to several Yorkshire based building contractors, with the successful contractor, PC Developments, now nearing completion of the works which began in the summer. The project is due for final completion just after Christmas, and following this we will be adding some as-built photographs to our Architectural projects pages…
