We have recently been appointed to provide architectural & design services for the conversion of an existing office unit adjacent to the main Saltaire Brewery. The conversion sees the existing single storey unit being converted into a bar and visitor shop. Following the production of detailed architectural drawings, we have obtained planning permission for the works via Bradford Council’s planning department, and the works have been expertly carried out by Acacia Northern Ltd, of Baildon.

Additionally, we have also obtained planning permission to extend the existing brewery facilities, on the main County Works building at the same site. This will enable Saltaire Brewery to increase their production of their award winning beers, as the company goes from strenght to strength. We are expecting works to commence on the new brewery extension during the Autumn of 2014. More updates to follow….
