August sees an interesting mix of architectural projects arrive on the drawing board, including an outline planning application for new housing in North Somercotes, near Louth in Lincolnshire, a conversion of an existing dwelling to form two new flats in Headingley, North Leeds, along with new residential extensions in Huby near Harrogate, as well as Baildon near Bradford, and Ilkley.
Our whole-house renovation and three storey extension project in Burley-in-Wharfedale is rapidly taking shape under the very capable workmanship of PC Developments (Yorkshire) Ltd, and we expect to be uploading a completed architectural project page in this respect in the Autumn. We are also excited about a couple of house extensions due to start in the Tranmere Park area of Guiseley, and Rawdon both in North Leeds.
