blog: latest news for August 2016…

As the summer draws towards a close and people start returning from holidays, late August sees a surge of new Architectural enquiries for us here at Mash. Drawing and design work has also commenced on a number of new residential architecture projects, in Ilkley, as well as Adel, Horsforth and Roundhay (North Leeds) and Woodlesford and Oulton (East Leeds).

In terms of architectural projects on site, our large bespoke timber framed house in Idle, near Bradford, is rapidly taking shape (more photographs to follow shortly) and our whole house refurbishment of a four storey Grade II listed property in Harrogate is now complete.

Planning Applications have also been submitted to both Leeds and Bradford planners for extensions in Addinghham (near Ilkley) and Scholes (near Leeds) which we expect to receive positive outcomes on in the near future. So, all in all, a busy few weeks ahead, with more updates to follow soon.
