December is another busy and exciting month for us here at Mash Architecture, as we embark on progressing a large barn conversion in Baildon, near Bradford, which secured planning permission some time ago. The works will see a large stone barn be converted into a dwelling house via an exciting conversion, fusing many of the traditional elements of the original build with new contemporary interventions. The barn is located on a hill close to the summit of Baildon Moor, and is afforded spectacular views of the cities of Leeds and Bradford and along the Aire Valley. Look out for progress photos and further updates in the new year.
Elsewhere, other architectural commissions include an exciting and contemporary extension and renovation project in Meanwood, Leeds, which includes many bespoke design solutions, maximising a somewhat restricted plots, a variety of house extensions in Guiseley, Ilkley, Pudsey, Baildon and Bingley, along with a new traditional snooker-room extension on a lovely listed property in Baildon, near Bradford.
