blog: latest news for february 2013…

We are hopeful of obtaining planning permission for one of our ongoing architectural commissions, via Bradford Council, later this month for a 10 house residential development near Idle Moor. The development consists of one very large bespoke dwelling, which will feature a large open hallway with double curved stair, extensive ground floor living and entertaining areas, games room, cinema, sun room and swimming pool, along with seven bedrooms, a gym and numerous bathrooms and en-suite facilities. There will also be a further 9 dwellings within the development, consisiting of three and four bedroom semi-detached and townhouses. The planning application is certainly heading in the right direction, and being hopeful of securing an approval, we are set to develop the working drawings, building regulations application and specification during the Spring.

Elsewhere we have secured a number of other architectural commssions in the form of a whole house renovation in Roundhay, near Leeds, a full planning application for a new-build residential development in Pudsey, Leeds, a change of use planning application in Menston, near Ilkley, and works for the ever popular Saltaire Brewery in Shipley, near Bradford
