We have been encouraged by a number of new architectural enquiries in the opening few days of 2012. As well as enquiries in Leeds and Bradford we have also secured commissions for new projects in North East Lincolnshire and Staffordshire, and aim to post further updates accordingly in the forthcoming weeks.
As for our ongoing projects, another of our new-build houses is nearing completion in Baildon, near Bradford, much to the satisfaction of our client. The building works have been carried out by CND Building Contractors, of Baildon, to an impeccable standard, and we hope to be working with them again on other local projects in the near future.

Our public house extension and refurbishment project in Otley, near Leeds, for which we have been appointed to provide a full architectural service (including interior design & project management services) is also progressing well on site. NRG Developments of Ilkley have been appointed as main contractor and, as can be seen from the image below, the construction of the new sun terrace is almost complete, with the main extension and internal refurbishment works progressing rapidly. Our client is hopeful of officially opening the venue shortly after Easter 2012.
