July looks set to be another busy and exciting month here at Mash with a number of new architectural enquiries as well as several projects progressing well on site. New residential architectural projects in Huby, near Harrogate, Rawdon in North Leeds, Baildon near Bradford and Ilkley are currently on the drawing board, whilst our large three storey extension and whole-house renovation in Burley-in-Wharfedale near Ilkley is rapidly taking shape. The extension shell is virtually complete and the works are being expertly carried out by PC Developments (Yorkshire) Ltd.
Planning Applications are in an advanced stage for a car sales pitch in Bradford, as well as two commercial projects in central Leeds, and a lovely stone built extension within the Conservation Area of Pudsey, West Leeds. More news will follow on these projects in the weeks to come.
