June sees a number of new architectural commissions on the drawing board, including house extensions in Horsforth, Weetwood and Alwoodley in North Leeds, along with further extension works for a local, Bradford based brewery chain, as well as a number of residential projects due to start work on site in Baildon, Ilkley and Menston.
In terms of projects on site, our three storey extension and whole house refurbishment in Burley-in-Wharfedale (for which we are providing project management services) is progressing well. Works are being carried out by PC Developments (Yorkshire) Ltd with whom we have established a good working relationship in recent years.
The positive news we are hearing about the economy certainly seems to be rubbing off on the building industry, and long may it continue….
