With several new enquiries, various appointments for new architectural commissions and numerous projects on site, March 2012 looks like being another interesting month for us. Our public house refurbishment and extension near Otley, Leeds, is rapidly taking shape, and looks set to open it’s doors in the spring. Our new contemporary house in East Morton, near Bradford, is also progressing well, with a summer completion in sight, along with our colossal four storey residential extension in Oakworth (between Skipton and Bradford) and several smaller residential commissions on site in and around the Leeds and Bradford area. We’ll be uploading further progress photos of these projects in due course.

In terms of projects on the drawing board, we’ve recently met with planners in London with regard to our contemporary new house in Harrow, and received some positive feedback. Following some architectural tweaks, we will be hopeful of securing a planning approval for this scheme in the coming weeks, as well as hopefully receiving planning permission for two new houses in Bingley, near Bradford, in the coming days.

During February we were involved in the internal planning of a sausage factory in Nottinghamshire, undertook a comprehensive interior design and fit-out package of drawings for a hotel, bar and restaurant refurbishment in North East Lincolnshire, and produced several planning and building regulations applications for residential projects in Leeds, Ilkley, Bradford and Stafford…..
