We have been encouraged by a number of new architectural enquiries and appointments during the last couple of weeks, particularly as these are almost all residential projects, which historically have tended to quieten off towards Christmas. Perhaps the news that the UK economy is officially out of recession is helping to build confidence in private individuals? I’m not sure, however there appears to be a new-found buoyancy in the construction industry at the moment, which hasn’t been evident for a while, so hopefully it is here to stay.
We’re pleased to have been appointed on a number of smaller residential extensions, loft conversions and refurbishments, largely in the Leeds & Bradford areas, as well as some larger and exciting architectural commissions in the form of new build residential projects, in both the Leeds and Bradford local authority areas.
Now all we need is some sunny weather so that we can go out and photograph some of our recently completed projects…….
