blog: latest news for november 2013…

November looks set to be an interesting month with a number of new and exciting projects on the drawing board. Most of our new architectural commissions of late have been residential however, there is an interesting mix of extensions, loft conversions and whole house renovations to get our teeth into. We have started work on a particularly exciting whole house renovation / extension in the village of Carlton-in-Lindrick, near Worksop, on a large bungalow which is set in the most spectacular grounds, and which is due to commence on site in the new year. We are particularly excited about this project and are very much looking forward to posting photographs / sketches in due course within our blog pages.

We are also nearing planning submissions for two whole house renovations; one in Baildon near Bradford, the other in Ilkley. Other new architectural commissions include extensions in Guiseley, Alwoodley and Roundhay in Leeds, along with an attractive residential scheme of three detached houses in Worksop, which we are progressing a planning application for.

As for projects on site, Phase III of The Fosters development in High Green, Sheffield, for South Yorkshire Housing Association, is very nearly complete, as are the two whole house renovations we have undertaken in Ben Rhyding and Middleton in Ilkley, and we are looking forward to adding photographs and detailed project descriptions into our Architectural Project pages in the coming few weeks……
