We have recently obtained planning permission via Harrogate Borough Council for the renovation of a Grade II listed home in central Harrogate, overlooking the famous Stray, for which we are now working up construction drawings as part of our appointment to provide a full architectural service. Despite the sensitive nature of the building, and it’s location within the Harrogate Conservation Area, our planning application was approved at the first time of asking, which is testament to the manner in which we approached the project. The works to the property will involve a full-house renovation, which will bring about plenty of contemporary new elements, whilst still preserving the character of the building and retaining the original period features. More updates will appear soon.

Elsewhere, we have new Architectural commissions for residential projects including a kitchen / dining extension in Guiseley, Leeds, a couple of two-storey extensions in Ilkley & Baildon, as well as an extension to another listed building, this time in Apperley Bridge near Bradford….
