After a busy summer of projects progressing on site, we have secured a number of interesting new Architectural commissions, in the form of residential projects in Ilkley, Harrogate, Guiseley, Rawdon and Menston (near Leeds) and Knaresborough, along with some additional work for the ongoing expansion of one of our oldest commercial clients, Saltaire Brewery.
The new architectural projects include a large, predominantly-glazed contemporary rear extension, internal remodelling of a former chapel, and replacement kitchen / diner. The works to Saltaire Brewery involve the conversion of an adjacent industrial unit into further brewing accommodation, so all-in-all, an interesting few months ahead.
Elsewhere, a number of our architectural projects are progressing well on site, and we will update our blogs with photographs separately, very soon. These projects include the whole house renovation of a four-storey Grade II Listed building in central Harrogate, a large two-storey extension / renovation of a home in Ben Rhydding, near Ilkley, and another two storey extension in Baildon, near Bradford.
