It’s the time of year when many building projects across the country, which commence during the Spring and Summer months are now nearing completion, with eager clients, ready to occupy their newly extended or renovated home. This is also the case for a number of our Architectural commissions, and we’re excited to see them coming to fruition.

The above photograph is an example of one of our recent Architectural projects which is now practically complete. This project comprised of a large, full-width, single-storey extension across the back of an existing house, and is located in Adel (North Leeds). The project was typical of many of our Architectural commissions, in that it also featured some extensive remodelling of the existing internal layout. The works were carried out by C.I. Construction, of Baildon, and we’re looking forward to returning to site in the near future, once all final snagging has been completed, in order to take some photographs for inclusion in our Architectural projects pages.
