July is set to be an interesting month in terms of projects on the drawing board for us here at Mash Architecture. We are currently preparing an outline planning application for a pair of houses in Thackley near Bradford, as well as a full planning application for a new live-work agricultural dwelling at a site in Knaresborough. This picturesque site sits in a lovely spot, overlooking the River Nidd in a quiet and tranquil setting. We’re particularly excited to be submitting this application shortly, which proposes a traditional two storey double-fronted dwelling facing the road, with an impressive glass-fronted lower ground floor accommodation at the rear, facing towards the idyllic views of the River and Grimbald Crag beyond.
Elsewhere, we have a large, two-storey extension progressing on site in Baildon, West Yorkshire, as well as the recent completion of a snooker room extension to a farm house on Baildon Moor. Other extensions progressing well on site are located in Wrose, near Bradford, Guiseley in Leeds, and a single storey extension in Halifax.

If you are considering extending or altering your home, please get in touch via the contact form, and we will be happy to assist you.
