We were pleased to obtain an ambitious planning permission for a large whole-house renovation and multiple extension project in Baildon, near Bradford yesterday. We look forward to working with our client to develop the scheme further over the summer months. Elsewhere, in other architectural commissions, we are in the early stages of a large barn conversion project in a highly elevated position, also in Baildon, which will see the formation of a large new dwelling, with some exciting features, such as a double-height living space, full height south-facing glass wall with panoramic views over both the cities of Leeds and Bradford.
Other architectural projects include the construction of a number of extensions, garage conversion and loft conversions, in Baildon, Guiseley, Otley, Menston and Ilkley. We are also developing plans for a live-work dwelling to be used for an agricultural site on an idyllic site on the banks for the River Nidd, in Knaresborough, near Harrogate.
