We are currently developing a detailed package of working drawings and construction information for a mixed use retail / residential project in High Green, Sheffield, which is being carried out for South Yorkshire Housing Authority. The scheme is Phase III of The Fosters development and comprises of a one-stop shop at ground floor level with a number of apartments on the upper floors.
The building will be constructed to meet Code 3 Level for sustainable homes and will be super-insulated for thermal efficiency. O&P Construction, of Wath-Upon-Dearne, will be constructing the building, which will hopefully commence in May 2013, and we will keep our blog post updated regularly.
