blog: building works commence on public house extension & refurbishment

Following our appointment to provide full architectural & interior design services, we are pleased to announce that works have now commenced on the extension and refurbishment of The Spite public house in the small village of Newall-with-Clifton near Otley, Leeds. Once building work has been completed and the doors re-opened to the public, the venue will revert back to it’s original name, “The Roebuck”. Demolition and strip out works are progressing well, with the foundations of the new extension due to be poured next week. It is intended for the project to be completed and open in time for spring. The project is being undertaken by NRG Developments of Ilkley who we will no doubt be working closely with over the coming months.

We are currently involved in producing some 3D visualisations of how the completed project will look, and will no doubt be uploading these into our project pages in due course.
