We are a small and approachable company providing architectural and interior design services primarily in the Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate areas, although we regularly work further afield, and are happy to offer our services anywhere within the UK. We have a great deal of experience in various sectors of the construction industry including residential, commercial, retail, general refurbishment and industrial developments. The company was founded by Andrew Teece in 2009 after spending 15 years working for various Architectural practices in the Leeds and Bradford areas.

Our approach to work is simple in that we aim to provide each client with a finished product which they are completely satisfied with, and unlike some of our competitors, will always put the needs and requirements of our clients before our own. We are not an egotistical company, and although we are extremely passionate about design and good Architecture, we recognise that sometimes, a client may only require a workable and practical Architectural solution. That said, we will always try to promote good, innovative, but practical design and generally find that we are able to put this theory into practice on almost all of our projects.

As well as our approach to work, our design ethos is simple in that we usually try to create a unique and exciting end product, working with the budget that is available to the client. We always involve the client in the design process from the outset, as we consider their input to be invaluable.

Despite the last few years being very difficult for the construction industry on the whole, we are still extremely enthusiastic about our work and take a great deal of pleasure and satisfaction in providing a good service for our clients. The vast majority of our work has come to us via word-of-mouth recommendations, which we feel is testament to our approach. We pride ourselves on being extremely honest, transparent in terms of our fees and timescales, hard-working, personable, knowledgeable, highly-creative and offering a service which we feel is second to none, certainly in terms of value for money to our clients. Our future vision for the company is also simple: To continue as we are. A small, passionate and innovative company, constantly striving to produce good architectural designs and providing our clients with an excellent level of service.
