We have been appointed to provide architectural services for an exciting new dwelling in Harrow, North London, which will comprise of a split level detached dwelling in a contemporary style featuring facing materials of render, timber cladding, aluminium framed windows, structural glass and zinc standing seam roof. We are currently developing a full planning application for the scheme.
Architecturally, we are hoping that the building will make a bold statement within an existing, well-established street scene. No doubt the proposals will change and evolve as we go through the design process with the client and planners alike however, we have attached some pretty rough initial sketches below. We intend to commission a full 3D architectural photo-realistic visual once the designs have been finalised, and will upload this into our projects page in due course. Although the project is based outside of the Yorkshire region, we have been appointed to provide a full architectural service (including interior design, contract administration and project management) and we are very much looking forward to keeping our blog pages updated with regards to this project over the coming weeks and months.
