We have recently obtained Full Planning Permission for two of the projects featured in our “Projects” Section of the web-site, both of these being in the Bradford area. These being a new-build dwelling on Springfield Road in Baildon, West Yorkshire as well as a refurbishment of an iconic 1950’s built detached dwelling, again in Baildon. We have also applied for Full Planning Permission for several new-build detached dwellings in the area, as well as a large pub / restaurant refurbishment near Harrogate. On top of this, we have been appointed to provide architectural services for a number of smaller domestic projects around Bradford, Leeds and across Yorkshire which means, all in all, it’s been a very busy few months for us.
