blog: latest news for June 2011….

2011 appears to be gathering momentum and, I’m very pleased to say, the summer months look they’ll be extremely busy for us. The last month or so has been a bit hectic, so unfortunately the website has been neglected somewhat. That said, we intend to upload several new project pages over the coming few weeks.

We are delighted to announce our appointment to provide architectural and design services on several new, varied and exciting projects which consist of various smaller residential extensions and such like (a number of these being close by, in the Bradford area, as well as Adel and Horsforth in North Leeds), a renovation project in Ambleside, Cumbria to convert a tired house in a conservation area into a charming holiday home, two new-build houses in the Bradford area (Wibsey and Baildon) and an architectural consultation appointment for a major brewery firm in Tadcaster. In addition to this, we are also preparing Planning drawings for the redevelopment of a fabulous victorain stone building in the heart of Bradford to create 20 stylish new appartments, which is exactly the sort of investment that the city of Bradford so desperately needs.

We are also hopeful of obtaining Planning Permission shortly for an extension and refurbishment of a well-known North Yorkshire pub; a project which we are particularly excited about. We have also received several new enquiries for building projects this month, which we are hopeful we will be officially appointed on in due course…..
