Works are due to start on our contemporary new home in East Morton near Bradford later this month. We provided a full architectural service and obtained planning permission, via Bradford Council, recently for this exciting new home. We have now produced a very detailed working drawing package and are excited to see this project take shape on site, partly due to its prominent position on the banks of the Leeds-Liverpool canal. Having finalised a fairly complex design for the piled foundations, in order to avoid contact with some ancient lime kilns hidden under the site, we have developed the detailed drawings to an extent where building works can now commence. We will be uploading progress photographs into our blog over the coming months.
We have also submitted a full planning application to Brent Council in North London for a contemporary new home in Harrow, as well as being involved in a number of domestic building projects in and around the Leeds and Bradford areas, for which we are providing a full architectural service. In addition to this, we are currently working on designs for a contemporary new dance studio in Wrose near Bradford and have recently received enquiries from as far afield as Watford and Ealing.
In terms of projects on site, our new-build house on Springfield Road in Baildon, near Bradford, is almost complete, and our large four storey extension with roof terrace in Oakworth, between Skipton and Bradford, is also progressing well on site.
A number of domestic projects for which we provided architectural and project management services in Guiseley and Whitkirk (Leeds) and Baildon (Bradford) have also recently been completed, and we intend to upload some new photographs in in relation to these projects in due course……
