It was very pleasing to read the article below in the Wharfedale Observer with respect to our recent planning application for extending and renovating The Spite pub in Newall-with-Clifton, near Otley. The application was eventually approved at a recent Harrogate Planning Committee.
We were appointed to provide full architectural, interior design and project management services, and a great deal of time, effort and dedication has gone into the design of the alterations and planning application, not only from ourselves, but from the client and the local community on the whole, and it is extremely rewarding that this now seems to be paying off. Following our planning approval via Harrogate council, the last few weeks have seen us meticulously planning the finite details of the establishment, with a view to hopefully starting works on site in the coming weeks.
