Project brief:

Our brief for this project was to open-up much of the ground floor accommodation of this attractive 1930s semi-detached property in the West Park area of Leeds. This included the design and planning of a new kitchen, along with a new utility and wc towards the rear of the property and the formation of a large bi-fold door opening providing access to the garden.

Our client was delighted with the end product, and the house now functions far more beneficially for this young family than it once did. The interior design fused the original period features of the property with some contemporary additions, such as lighting and flooring, as well as the black doors and a bespoke feature rooflight detail.

Our client had considered relocating from the much sought-after West Park area before employing our services, and now, given the works which have been carried out, the property has been given a new lease of life.
