Our 5 bedroom detached house project in Baildon is now nearing completion, and will hopefully be completed within the next few weeks. We are particularly pleased with the quality of the building works undertaken by McCabe’s builders and are looking forward to working with them on another forthcoming residential project.
3 or 4 streets away, work has also recently commenced on another new house which we have obtained Planning & Building Regulations consent for, and we are also set to submit plans to the local council for 3 new large dwellings in another area of Bradford. We have generally found during 2011 that the amount of building projects starting locally seems to be on the increase, particularly when it comes to new dwellings.
