Project brief:
We were appointed to provide Architectural & interior design services on this project in Baildon, near Bradford, in summer 2012. The project began with some architectural design layouts for a side-return extension, which would create a large family kitchen, dining and play area, as well as access to the existing lounge. Following the client’s approval of our layout drawings, a planning application was submitted to Bradford Council’s planning department which was duly approved. Following the grant of planning permission detailed construction drawings were produced and the works have now been completed, much to our client’s delight.
The new extended / converted space allows for a generous, state of the art kitchen, integral dining area and play area where the client and their young children can all interact in harmony, in a lovely, spacious, light and airy family environment.
