Wheatsheaf works nearing completion

Our commercial architectural refurbishment project to convert a famous Yorkshire pub into a state of the art physiotherapy studio, offices and treatment rooms for a leading physiotherapy company is nearing completion. The building has stood for several hundred years and was in a poor state when the client purchased it a couple of years ago. Therefore, it needed a lot of work and investment to make it fit for purpose. Finally, after a long and fairly drawn out planning application, the commission of technical drawings and carefully selecting the right contractor for the job, works are almost complete, ready for the client to take occupancy of the building.

Works have been very competently carried out by Dobson Building Contractors (Wakefield) and are expected to be complete during May 2011.

As this was one of the first commercial projects that Mash were commissioned to carry out, we are particularly excited about seeing the finished build. We intend to update our web site in the forthcoming weeks with further details and photographs of the project.
